Please share some training or video tutorials for sailpoint IIQ and IDN

I've been implementing IdentityNow for 8 years and I'd love to get some insight on Erik's statements around risk, compliance, and audit. I've seen very few good examples of how the tool "surfaces risk" but I imagine he has some very targeted examples. Additionally, I would suggest that the tool really lacks in its ability to give compliance and audit teams the data of how, when, or why events happened. Using Search is not a scalable flexible answer for data extraction or providing visibility to these groups, so I'm curious to know more from your perspectives.

Customization of IIQ, well this send shivers down my spine, be careful before you open this can of worms, this can and will cause trouble down the road.

I am a Pick n Pay customer and a systems integrator. I can say that what was said here about communications is correct. And I can add the PnP has made an amazing ecommerce platform. I want to also add that unfortunately the online help people are not communicating with the stores supplying the goods, and it's leading to very poor customer service and will result in people moving not because of the systems, but because of the poeple!
