Tried to hold volume up button and switch on button still no luck

Good day I have Huawei nove 13i I can't get through as it's only showing country and language which I'm in South Africa using English then it's asking for WiFi which I entered but it's not doing anything after, connection failed I need help it's a new phone

Thank u for the tutorial. I've already unlock my oppo a3s. No need to use pc. I use another phone to reset my other phone. Good thing that i did'nt forgot the google account of my oppo.
