Cant remember if you mentioned people on Serotonin uptake inhibitors, but if anyone is on these anti depressants you cant take Methylene Blue while on them.

If you are having sleep problems it may help to take Melatonin in suppository form so that it does not go straight out of the body via the liver. It is also an anti inflammatory and brain enhancer.

Too funny. I’ve been married now 18 years. I agree 100%. I get mad when the wife goes into my pu pu space. What I find hard now is making time for us as a couple, without bringing work, cell phones, friends, to the topic of conversation, social media to dinner, the bedroom. There is a time for everything. What we have been discovering now is that many people in our circle pretend to be friends when the wetbar is open, when our home becomes their night club. In short, many people are just interested. Keep it up guys. Put God in the middle of your relationship and you will always work out. Communication is key, also compromising. Faith, #1.

I have to agree I take around 20 to 40 mg of methylene blue daily or every other day and it definitely will turn my urine really blue especially when you just allow the urine to just build up in your bladder it will come out super blue.

Ive been taking it on and off for 3 years. I cannot say heres proof of micro flora but i am proof in and of itself. I dont have gut issues which i did i had leaky gut which lead to kidney stones. I changed my diet and took mb and my gut doesnt react bad to the things i always did, certain foods would have given me cramps and vomit now those foods dont i had my splurge eating those but regarded them as bad anyway and left them alone. I use to take mb before a run but now i only take if theres sign of virus flu norvirus anything like that. I even would use it in baths aswell coupled with epsom salts. I think mark sloan done a book on mb, very informative.

I cannot stand deceivers. Just take pure niacin (NOT niacinamide!) tablets. Don't take their deliberately mislabeled overpriced "synthetic" nicotine. I take MB with Vit C (Ascorbic Acid) water. It tastes like unsweetened lemon. The product kit has bottles of pharmaceutical grade MB powder. Simply add distilled water, seal and shake. Mix 1/4 tsp vit C powder into warm distilled water. Stir, add drops. Stir until the color becomes pale aqua.

I would politely suggest that you're probably confusing Nicotine, with the products of combustion from smoking. There are several other ways to deliver nicotine without burning tobacco. Take english Nasal Snuff tobacco as an example.... The industry was forced to place warning labels on their products, similarly to cigarettes, with the claim that it causes cancer. Fair enough you might be cheering. But the largest German manufacturer named Pöschl managed to get permission to remove that, for the less outrageous claim that 'This tobacco products damages health and is addictive' How did they manage to challenge that perceived wisdom.... Because nowhere in the literature was there ever such an assertion, never mind a medical case, let alone anything like proof. You might not like it, or choose to use it as a vehicle for virtue signalling and abuse. But i would urge you to be careful about what you wish for, and cast not the first stone lest you be judged.
