Great podcast! So much valuable insight. Change = lesser pain of maintaining relevant. This channel should have a lot more subs and views. Great that Rishad came on a “smaller” channel.

CMS is also promoting “Value Based Care”, with Medicare Advantage, through ACOs and insurance companies, but it still looks the biggest winners are the big insurance companies, very much like Dr. Wilbur said. Hospitals also have significant cost control issues. It just feels like an impasse. Maybe Elon Musk and JFK Jr. have done solutions Lol. 😂😂

Hi Dr. Wilbur: AMA has the “Joy in Medicine” initiative, specifically attempting to combat physician burnout. Do you know how this movement is taking shape in the healthcare organizations?

I think the thing that holds people back is our perception of fear. Not fear itself. Living according to others expectation is such a crucial factor in this. What a great dialogue!

@@skotwaldron I would say surrounding yourself with the right talents and the art of managing those talents, such as avoiding telling them what to do and developing a management style that motivates and makes all partners feel passionate, engaged, and ownerships of their work. The art of managing talents, it is exactly how Liu Bang, the founder emperor of the Han Dynasty and the first emperor born in a peasant family in Chinese history, achieved the unimaginable.

Hey there. This was actually instructional! I have been trying to research for a KZbin video similar to yours that teaches everything in this vid! 🥼 🥼 The part at 1:09 is my fav. Your vid is like the videos from this smart medical student Dr Ethan! Ethan's videos are really informative and he really helped me a lot on school! He is the most knowledgable Dr in Europe and he talks about diabetes! You should see his channel out and give the Doctor a like! 👉 #DrEthanKZbin
