Will non-Malays be allowed to not only specialise but be allowed to climb the ladder to head a health department in hospitals and the health ministry? I think not …. Which is why you only have Malay monopoly in this panel? Malaysia has to overcome racial and religious segregation to bring the truly best to the top to meet the needs in the country.

That’s why young doctors are overloaded and ended up committing suicides. Growing trends. Ministry of health no active actions. Hospital’s head of departments are keeping their silence. My daughter, overworked and had been on anti depressants. She had to sleep in the hot and humid car awaiting for in between calls which comes in every 15-30 minutes. 24 hours on every alternate days, for the past 3 years. Even machines will break down. Such inhumane practices is now systemic. Everybody knows but no one steps in. How many more deaths are required to jolt the authorities to look into these issues?

This Dr. Shorubben Chinetamby (Medical Director at TDox Clinic) whom I had the distinctive displeasure of meting at ENZO in Petaling Jaya through 2 individuals named Mr. Selva (Dato Seri) & Mrs. Charlotte whom all individuals had promised me a complete cure from my Diabetic medical condition with the infusion of Phase 3 (100,000 million) Stem Cell Therapy, @ an offer price of 15k for (35 million) stem cells Phase 3. I paid MYR105 thousand (Some money withdrawn from my personal savings & EPF savings) for (225 million Phase 3 Stem cells) that was intravenously injected (infusion) into me in 3 stages at the Klinik Mediicka situated at B-1-9 Block B Casa Tropicana, No.5, Jalan Persiaran Tropicana golf & country resort 47410 Petaling Jaya. from December 2021 to February 2022 didn't work as he promised it would in spite of me having paid for 210 million Stem cells instead of the 100 million. He did the 1st inoculation at the said Klinik Mediicka personally as it seemed to have some kind of facial flushing effect but no positive observations on my Diabetic conation still unchanged. The 2nd and 3rd was done by a locum Malay lady Doctor (I don't remember her name) at the same Klinik Mediicka, after which I experienced lower leg swellings and other bodily discomforts. I tried to reach out but everyone ignored me and the said Dr. Shorubben Chinetamby never picked up my calls. After several months the so called Dato Seri Selva and Mrs Charlotte from ENZO (Rewind HEalth Sdn Bhd claimed that this Dr. Ruben had been dishonest in his treatment methods & services, which I had also come to realise after observing the failure of the 2nd & 3rd Stem Cell infusions (Probably the stem cells were of lower poor quality or completely none viable). Hence My sincerest advice ageist trusting all individuals in the so called New Age Medical cure industry with their false promises, personal greed for only becoming rich via promising patient false hopes and feeding on them via their medical ignorance and delivering poor quality products and services.

What we need to seriously do is to go back to basic meritocracy. If you have what it takes to become a specialist then you should be able to become one. Looking at the 3 gentlemen who have been invited to speak here, they are the epitome of ability, they speak eloquently and have vast experience in their chosen fields so in the same manner, we can produce many more great doctors if we start to believe in meritocracy. Do that and you will see the change happen in a decade.

Hi. I'm a PA in Washington, DC. Is "housemanship" like residency in the US?
@disruptive-doctors2 ай бұрын
No it's not the same. Housemanship is like internship in the US. Housemanship is a mandatory two-year internship / training for medical graduates to gain practical experience and develop clinical skills in 6 compulsory medical disciplines such as internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics & gynecology, orthopedics, and emergency medicine. Housemen are rotated through these departments every four months. It is primarily a supervised learning period with a focus on clinical training, where housemen are not fully independent but are gradually given more responsibilities. Once a houseman completes their housemanship training they are given a conditional annual practicing license (APC)

How much salary can we expect after 5 6 years in pharmacovigilance?
@disruptive-doctors2 ай бұрын
5-6 years is considered mid-to-senior level. And the salary depends on which country you're working in. Here's an article on the salary of a MSL base on the country. disruptive-doctors.com/how-much-can-a-doctor-make-in-pharma-as-a-medical-science-liaison-msl/

I like your content as it provides a different perspective for doctors. I can see that you guys are not getting attention as of now because what you are trying to introduce into the health industry is alien to people who followed on path for their whole life just like every other person in their industry but as integration of AI and technology into health care progress you guys will surely get a lot of eyeballs. Btw, I am a final year medical student myself and my plan is to learn programming along with my house job after the final year and then to venture into health tech industry.
