Hello, i am having an issue with my ct200h 2015. After I disassembled everything, i noticed the cable on the carplay module wasn't correct. After that, i did not finish the install of the module but assembled everything back together. When i turned off the car the radio was not working. Everything is well connected but it wont work. I read online that the radio dies after disconnecting the Battery, perhaps it's the same issue. Does anybody have a solution?

I have a 2012 the MMI is acting up, no sound from the radio, gets stuck in screens. Do i need to replace the MMI unit first and then install this? Or can I just install this on the faulty MMI and expect it to work?

What about low level rca ? No one will buy this without RCA out to add amplification? You people don’t have marketing research? Anybody willing to spend that kind of money on the aftermarket radio is looking for an upgrade bigger amplifiers the subwoofer this offer is none of that it’s useless.

Hello, our system connects through the OEM system ipod connection for sound. You can add or upgrade your original OEM system with no problems. Our system doesn't effect any aftermarket add on you would like to apply to your sound system. Thanks

We do that as standard to prevent any issues. That is usually there to stop the screen from blinking.

I understand this works with backup camera, does it also work with the side cameras and detection of the wheel position? I have a QX80 2015 and currently it gives me the wheel position and 360 view of the car.

Hello, yes it still works, you just have to switch over to the OEM side for the 360 cam. The back up cam will appear when you put it in reverse. Thank you

Hello, there will be sound out of the smaller speaker. We recommend to download the AM/FM app like iHeart radio so you retain the sound from the speakers. Thank you

Nice video 👍 Do we have to remove negative battery prior to remove or disconnect these wires? Did you disconnect the negative battery in this video? If you not disconnecting it, do you have any problems like new codes needed when installed new screen units ? OR We don’t have to disconnect negative battery to install new screen unit?
