You guys got lucky we got stuck in the corridor scene with the chandeliers on the roof for a few mins and they turned the sound off but they managed to get it going again

Rides sometimes break down and need evacuating

It’s perfectly normal for rides to have their down time. All rides are set up so you can leave safely in the event of break down or emergency with exits based throughout the ride. Luckily for us this was a simple break down and the ride was up and running again shortly after 😁

Seen so many bad reviews after watching this video feel more positive how do you book your meals and do you use your room pass for the meals in portaventura

So glad you found the video helpful. We absolutely loved it. It wasn’t 100% perfect but it was definitely enough for us. Staff were great and the hotel was decent. We certainly miss it! To book meals you are provided with a QR code which you scan with your phone. Staff will happily show you in person to make it easier. I only had to scan it once and kept it on the browser on my phone for the rest of the week.

I would say the experience lasts roughly 1.5 hours with the opportunity to hang around a little at the end

The beds are actually ok and are different depending on the theme. The beds in the smiler room are more fitting to the smiler theme

Wow that will certainly look full, love the idea! We’re on Facebook and instagram and would love to see your tree when it’s all set up 🤩 Yes the mapping process is simple but not a hugely interesting one for the video so I did that in a few minutes just after putting the lights on the tree.

Hi mate. Useful video thanks. Also bought this, and we are missing the metal disk it mentions in the instructions to attach the lights to the pole. I can’t really tell, but looks like you don’t have that piece either. How did you solve it? Just put the cord through the eight strap holes and tie it then hoist up?

Hi!! 🤩 You are most certainly right and it was something I couldn’t get my head round either, if only instructions pictured exactly what was in the box. I temporarily used a cable tie and looped it around the pole which worked for the video. After setting up I realised that the 8 cords sit in a way that the “triangle” metal bracket would work perfectly, hard to explain but hopefully that does it. Had I not have tried to be clever and remove that to replace with a cable tie it would have been fine 😂 So if I was you I’d set it up using the triangle as if it was the piece you are missing from the instructions and let me know how that works for you as I am yet to remove my cable tie 😂

Cheers mate. Actually just heard back from their support. Apparently the triangle replaces the old part, they just haven’t updated the instructions 😂 will see how I go. We are installing on a flat roof, which will be interesting….
