True, though not just a project manager. Anyone involved should cover themselves, keep all communications and make sure everything is in writing including any concerns you may have.

@@max_vlasov yes for sure but hard to assess how much. It comes down to the person's accountability ....and work ethics....from my side working remotely is a lot more work than in premises. I work in the engineering industry. Now you can be extremely productive remotely.... but it depends.....and again human nature is to be complacent ....I have seen it

@@atta1798 agree human nature plays its role. However, I've been working remotely the most part of my career and manage team remotely so up to date tools actually gives you all you need for management.
