Clean the controller, then buy a new controller. Put the old one in the box and return it and say I couldn't get it to connect. Boom done.

Do you need online connection to play and unlock cars? I mean like in GT6 where you didn’t need internet to play the offline mode earn money and unlock cars?

You need to be online to unlock cars. You only have access to small selection of pre-determined cars and tracks in arcade mode if you're playing offline.

circuit superstars ain't got that gearbox shifting, so its very hard to turn during corners, and there is also rubber banding. Lastly, it has got only one camera angle and u r stuck with that... Not a good game i would say!

I use dsx for a heavier l2, and custom preset, normally the presets are super Linear, so it will take the same amount of pressure anywhere on trigger, it isn't like a spring, it is the same as lifting something, it takes effort to lift, but there is no difference between it being stationary 1 meter of the ground, or 3 meters, but with custom preset, it becomes progressive, feels more like a spring, that helps with trail braking (it is a passive system, it is independent from game) There is one preset, max rigidity that is Progressive(somewhat) but I find that to be too stiff

@@tamniall I was suprised as well. Tuning off all assists, even ABS helped me a lot. The key is gently breaking, Im using Xbox one controller.

It's crazy to me to hear, "I shouldn't have left the controller in its case." The rubber grips started coming on my Series 1, and it was annoying enough that I threw that sh*t away. Personally, I think MS is *GARBAGE* for making a $200 so cheap and crappy.

My elite 2 shocks me through the paddles, right stick is practically unusable at this point cause it feels like a gummy worm it’s just awful. The left stick is okay there is definitely wear but nowhere near how bad the right is. my left bumper is fine but right just barely works. D-pad is mint but i don’t need the D-pad much either as it’s usually not too essential of a button and even so it seems alright. my paddles on top of the electrocution barely work and feel terrible now so i can barely use them for half of what normally would. overall the controller is immensely disappointing after having owned it for like less than i year. i hope they genuinely make another controller but actually take the time into improving known weakness of the controller and it would honestly be perfect cause i love how it feels, but after awhile the magic wears off cause the quality degraded to a point of almost being insulating that i even purchased such controller. The elite 2 Is the most bi polar experience you can buy in the form of an input device.

GT7 Will take a long time to port to PC Since its mostly Online only, but yeah it was in the NVIDIA leak so I do expect GT to Come sooner or later.

At this rate, I'd be surprised if we got a PC port of Gran Turismo 7 considering how long the game's been out. Unless Sony has PD support this game for another 5 years, I'd think a port of a future GT8 is more likely at this point.

They make the controls feel better, but not necessarily more stable. For that, you'd have to find a good tune setup for your car and get used to feathering your gas and brake to avoid wheel spin.

The bumper buttons are designed from cheap plastic and WILL wear out over time, and overall, have about the SAME ability to fail over time and are no more drop resistant than the standard controller... this is an overpriced waste

I wish I had waited and heard more reviews before I bought mine. It’s a great controller for the most part, but the basic QC for the bumpers, analog sticks, and the D-pad just aren’t there. Makes me wonder what made them genuinely believe this was worth $200.

I'm having problems with Xbox Accessories and am looking for an alternative. I keep getting search hits from people saying the quality of this controller is awful and it's falling apart. I see a few similar comments. I've had mine for 1 year now, and it works just as good today as the day I got it. What the heck are you people doing? The LB and RB button is a cheap piece of plastic that uses the plastic tincile strength instead of a spring, to push it/register it. Once that plastic wears out, it's useless. Same on the elite 1. Goodness for the price they kept this....
