The blutsager usually makes you self heal slower but in 10x, The blutsugar kills you instead since it drains 30 HP instead and the medic only has 150

I like how when both Soldier and Engineer get brain maggots, Engineer screams in agony and dies to it, but since soldier has dealt with so many brain maggots, he overpowers the maggot by saying that he was starving too.
