Only thing I dislike is the absence of the hit sprite when you or the opponents take damage. That aside, the mod is perfect!

I used to have a computer from 1993 that had the original pop game on it on floppy and a game called challenge of the ancient empires. I can home from school in 2001 when I was 12 to find a huge gap where my computer used to be. So I go down stairs to ask my dad where's my computer and he told me "I took it down to the dump!" I went BERSERK!!!! In 22 years he has never said sorry for throwing away one of my most sentimental things after my rabbit.

@@rgmsx2003 Thanks, I've been searching for one ever since. The original floppy game had a few extra bits on it that the CD versions don't. If you play the game 22ice in a row, the 2nd run some of the levels are slightly different. On level 6 the hole in front of the big soldier is smaller, if you hang down from that hole he walks over you sending you to your death.

I edited the graphics with an average of R, G and B. Later, I set the new equal value for the three colors. You can find my graphics in popot or princed forum (sorry, the reply gets deleted with external links).

It was fun watching your game play .especially 11 level , some levels could have been worked better like 2,3,4(if max life-potion was skipped),5,7 - can be interpreted in a different way .... secrets missed in 6, but everyone has their own style of playing and route . and you were awesome ..if you have time play Repetition of Time - pop1.

@@rgmsx2003 My previous reply didn't appear for whatever reason. Anyway thanks for making PoP 1.3 graphics available as VDUNGEON/VPALACE files. What I want to ask from you is : can you make red palace graphics in the same style as the normal palace is? (just change it to darker red)

You push up and here you are I even invented an other way to kill the enemies and I was 13 so no one showed me : throw them off the edge , kill them by their own traps : spikes , the sharp cutter and even kill hem with breakable platform : I drag them to the spot below it and I go above them and boom they re dead !

@@rgmsx2003 the version I had was the best it was like an update : sounds , graphics and even stages were fixed and no bugs ! An Indian dude says the SNES version is better! Well the second POP is better but in both platforms SNES and PC 100% the same ! I have played them both !

I remember when I first played POP on my first PC IBM in 96 I was 13 back then ! My dad bought us the ultimate PC back then with Windows 95 ,speakers and CDROM oh yeah !! It was advanced back then I was one of the few who had PC back then ! Then my journey with PC and video games on PC had began 😎 but I had already an Atari console before the PC and had gameboy as well! I remember my PC had 3 games : POP , Moto and Vroom game the Formula 1 PC game ! Then I bought my first game on CD and it was Tomb Raider 3 oh yeah ! Then later I played 2 and 1 , and two years later I got my first neoragex emulator lol ! Now I m 37 and still have new and old games ! NB : played POP the two thrones as well and Sands of Time as well not to mention POP 2 Shadow and Flames PC and android versions ! If make count I have played more than 100000 games ! Lol

I found this mod lovely, although I'm not 100% enthusiastic about the design of the protagonist (I think her arms look way too skinny, and the clothes a bit "off" for the time and place; this is only my personal opinion and in no way is meant to discredit the author's work). The Sultan's pet snake, on the other hand, is 1001% adorable <3
