Everything you said I can resonate with. I literally had a full on breakdown last night. I’ve recently been breaking out and I’ve tried EVERYTHING to try to get rid of my acne. I’m currently going through the process of figuring out what to do about a recent flare up. Went to the dermatologist Nd she wants to test me for Lupus?! Thanks for sharing your video. I believe that dairy and red meat are the cause of my recent flare ups. It’s been very hard to resist the urge of a slice of pizza or ice cream and twice as hard to fight the cravings of a nice charred rib eye. I’m not going plant based but have been cutting those things off. I wish all of you on here struggling w acne the best of luck brake care of yourselves and reach out when you stress out. Why would I not want a home?

Owning a home is a long term investment, vs renting which is literally throwing money down the drain. Owning a home you don’t have to worry about being evicted or wether or not you’re allowed to have pets, you can also do anything you want with the property and not worry about losing a security deposit.

I mean renting I think can be practical when simply unable to get a loan for a house or in terms of life conditions you'll probably not live in the same place for long, but if one is going to be living in a place long term and is capable of owning, owning is the better financial investment
