sadly nothing works for me. seems like the headset cant connect to the dongle for some reason. my pc recognizes the dongle but it just doesnt produce any sound at all. bluetooth works fine tho but it doesnt sound as good. need help lol

First video that actually helped me. So you can change modes (green or cyan). When in the mode, you can put it to pairing mode (holding power + mute buttons simultaneously). When it starts flashing it means it’s ready to pair. If dongle is connected then it pairs in 2 secs. Perfect. Wasn’t working on my PS5 and I couldn’t understand why 😂 thanks

It happened to me, the only had to do, clean the USB adapter with alcohol and then plug it in again, it worked for me, I hope it help you.

Как-то не особо понятно, что произошло в видео. Столкнулся с этой проблемой спустя 1.5 года использования, раньше всё работало прекрасно, но теперь пашет только bluetooth. Зажать кнопку включения и кнопку микрофона - это одно из первых моих действий, затем сброс настроек, ничего из этого не помогло. Проблема актуальна как для моего компа, так и для ноута, потому дело именно в наушниках и в ресивере, который, кстати, определяет система. Они просто не хотят соединяться, хотя раньше это прекрасно делали. В интернете везде пишут банальное "зажать кнопку микрофона чтобы переключить режим", что годится только для тех, кто только купил наушники и ему лень открыть инструкцию

Hi, the Bluetooth for this headset of mine works but I can’t seem to connect it to my pc anymore. The cyan light keeps blinking and there’s no sound coming out from the headset. I managed to get it work on my pc just few days ago and now it stopped working. Can you help?

HI! I followed this troubleshooting. Still nothing, when I hold down the mute button for the connection, the lightspeed mode changes back to bluetooth :( I think my pc and ps4 detects the dongle because i can see I selected the headset on the audio output. I'm losing my mind :( help?

I also could not solve my problem, on the official Logitech website it says that there is no other dongle for this headset, all that remains is to use it via bluetooth
