1:50 Simple reason is: money, greed, reasons to feed the courts, the county or municipality you're located in because think of all the current employees salaries that must be paid not to mention all the retiree's pensions that have gotta be paid until death. I mean so many people (lawyers, court clerks, cops, etc) who get paid because of how many charges are filed. I mean it may sound silly to ruin lives over keeping salaried employees employed but sadly it's facts. And it's disgusting
