We had an amazing time learning base techniques to defend ourselves. Mr. Cheeseman is here to teach and cares for his students like family. I will be back for classes!

That elbow popping out before every punch, that’s not a good jab you’re teaching to have a tell. Should be popping straight out focusing on turning your hand over right before connecting
