Sorry, don't think the video is usefull as "day in life". 1) Forecasting. Entering forecast is never a day in the life activity. Comparing forecast to actual orders would be my expectation. 2) Message review: doesn't show the use of Master Planning Family screen which is the planner's daily to do list. 3) expedite message treatment. A day in a life of a planner/buyer requires the idemtification of conflicts mrp cannot resolve and after identification the planner needs to peg up to the SO to reschedule. 4) time series analisys, regardless its importance is not a regular task. It is troubleshooting.

Hello, I was wondering, do you have a video, geared more towards Build to Order type of shops, from quoting all the way to shipping or maybe a number of videos you have that you could recommend? At my day job, we have been using Epicor, more testing, but don't have a clear path, instruction on how to do this, what steps and such. We are on the latest version, 10.2.600, which is almost the same as the version you are using, slight differences, GUI mainly. Epicor provides a System Flow Document, but it is not geared towards build to order shops that don't have inventory. So basically, the order gets quoted, then moves to billing, from billing, the quote is sent out, then is approeved and we get initial payment, then is sent to engineering. The engineers do their drawings, get reviewed, then another bill goes out, once we get paid, then they start building, I believe there is another bill in between, then prior to getting shipped, there is the final bill, it gets paid and we ship. There are no instructions like this, do you have anything like this?

Coming from salesforce enterprise, I find JDE to be total garbage software. Not intuitive at all and so clunky it runs on internet explorer, that says it all.

I have a quick question, is the internet explorer the only browser that works well with E1. See I try using Chrome but the horizontal bar in the grid for certain screens is not working well is there a way to fix this? Why is Edge not working well as the explorer?
