What is the disadvantage of having the shown leakage compensation and the automatic bleeding be done in one single part? Lewa does both functions with one sniffing valve.

This feature is great. I had a dosing pump that kept giving trouble for a year until it went kaput. The discharge side went into a high pressure pipe, which could have blocked it at some point. The suction side check valve had to be constantly cleaned due to chemical gunk build up and sticking around it. So the possible overpressure from the discharge blockage might have caused the oil seal to rupture twice, while the suction side blockage might have caused the diaphragm to rupture on a few separate occasions. This feature would have been handy. But the fix to the root cause would be to move the tapping point to a lower pressure side of the pipe, and to decrease the concentration of the chemical used.

In prominent Dolcumeter in which option I have to give so that the Documeter will work with water flow meter , after a power restart every settings is changed and I could’t find any videos explaining how to configure the Dolcumeter with Flow meter , before it was working fine now even for the return flow from the line the injection pump is keep on working and zero value in the water m3 range flow meter , thank you .

What if the rotor was installed backwards by the factory? What should you do? Aside from going through the tube change twice.

The DFXA is delivered to the customer with just one rotor half. Like this the tube is not pre-compressed. When you get the pump, just put the tube in and do half a turn. You could either follow the steps from minute 1.45 in the video or you could just go in manual mode and tell the DFXa to pump a few ml/h. Then it will do a very slow turn, you can stop it at the right position and install the tube and the other rotorhalf.

@@danielm8690 I had one - and the rotor was installed backwards - so the tube change menu was always opposite of where the rotors were positioned.

Sir, I am working a cruise ship and we have prominent controller and injection pumps here and at sea we make water production with RO and sometimes bunker in ports, after a power failure and restart the Dolcumeter in the production and bunkering keeps on pumping chlorine and acid , there is connection from flow meter to the device, before it only work when there is flow in the flow meter, in which settings I have to change in order it work like before?

Dear Mala, it is important to put the DPD 1 and DPD 3 tablets in an almost empty cuvette, as shown in the video. It can cause an error if you determine first DPD 1 and if you after that add the DPD 3 tablet in a full cuvette.
