When I used to work in mcd as a part timer , I was deep cleaning fry station. I found the fries just dried up but not spoiled or moulded. Then I checked videos regarding this and stopped eating mcd or any burger joints that are not using fresh vegetabless

I roast and prepare my own cacao seeds. No fancy ingedients added and nibble a maximum of 20 roasted seeds while drinking my black sugar-free coffee late in the morning and I feel so energized…. And yes, that serves as my breakfast until around mid afternoon for lunch and/or dinner.
