Did you try instead of first s4 after Tremor uppunch to do s3-df4 then 21-exbf2? Maybe it can give you even more dmg. If 21 cant connect after s3-df4 12 will definetly.

I don't wanna give up the Tremor kameo, like you said he is difficult to start with but I've been messing around with him and I like the options he gives. He's pretty fun, I just gotta dial it all in. Thanks for the combo videos with Tremor, ill keep tuning in to support!
