So my situation is sort of unique. I have a mini pc (with no external monitor) and a Lenovo ThinkPad that has a USB type C that works for data transfer and charging, a 3.1 USB type A port and a 2.0 USB type C port. I want to use my laptop as the display monitor for the thinkcentre mini pc. How should I go about achieving this? Will a KVM switch work? Do you have any/more suggestions, please?

I should mention that I need help with a setup. I have a laptop that has a HDMI output and type C (data and charging). I also have a mini pc (Lenovo thinkcentre). I would like to use the thinkcentre with my laptop as its monitor as I don't have an external monitor. Is this possible? How should I go about it?

Wow, watching this took me right down memory lane! I had the Nokia 6600, and back then, I was basically royalty among my friends. That classic wallpaper, the good old VGA camera (we thought it was so high-tech!), and of course❤the legendary 9 seconds of video recording!
