The simplicity of this little drone is what makes it special, at least for me. Take it out of my pocket, press a button and we're off! I got it to document my hiking thru the Sonoran Desert in AZ in a few weeks. Can't wait!

Hoi Sandra, eine schöne Tradition, die selbst mit Nebel viel Spaß macht. Um die Hochlandrinder hätten wir auch einen großen Bogen gemacht - man muss sein Glück ja nicht unnötig auf die Probe stellen. Thanks for this video! I'm currently looking for my perfect tent. Unfortunately, the choice is quite difficult because of my size. Even if the TT Stratospire LI is too small, I will definitely have another look in their store. Thanks also for the short assembly. Looks really complicated in the pictures :D

Hopefully you will be able to find a tent that fits you fine. I am just a small girl 😅 so that's usually not a problem I have to deal with. First I also thought that it would be a struggle to set this tent up but its so super easy.

I never cook my dog's food, and don't cook before dehydrating either. Frankly, I don't understand why dog food needs to be cooked. Salmonella or other pathogens may be a problem for humans but not a problem for dogs, as their stomach acid is so high it will kill anything harmful. I use an Excalibur and dehyrate at 145 degrees until it's completely dried. I'm usually dehyrating liver, kidneys, or heart, as they make great treats, but will also dehydrate other organ meats if I can find them. Since I'm going to be traveling soon, maybe I'll think about dehydrating complete meals for my dog to save space.

@@patriotsongs you're totally right on that one. Ravi unfortunately doesn't handle raw well so therefore I cooked it. Plus it is better to take into the outdoors with you than for example raw chicken.

That tent is a really nice choice for you and your dog, and you got a great deal on it too. I was looking for some of the same things as you were, but I went a little bit different route The one I just purchased is a Mountain Hardwear Strato ul 2 tent, which is a "true 2p" tent (meaning that it accommodates 2 wide sleeping pads). It does have the internal frame included so I don't need to use the trekking poles, and is also double layer. It comes in at 1,100 grams, so just a bit heavier than yours at 932 grams. I also got a great deal and picked it up new from REI for $250 US. (241 Euros) at their holiday sale. The setup in the pack is quite similar to yours with the poles in similar long narrow bag which goes on in the side pocket outside the pack, and the tent body residing inside the backpack. If my Strato doesn't work out I might consider getting Stratospire like yours also... looks great. Happy trails!

Hey, je was in “mijn” wandelgebied 😄. Alleen “Hollanders” noemen het de Dutch Mountains, haha. Wij Limburgers noemen het gewoon Limburgse Heuvellandschap, hihi. Kasteel Schaloen staat trouwens al een aantal jaar te koop, voor een klein bedragje 😜 (4 milj). In die mergelgrot waar je langs liep (de Daolkesberg) heeft iemand gewoond tot 2003. Vind ik echt bijzonder. En inderdaad, vorst is het fijnste, dan heb je niet zoveel last van onze pratsj 😅 haha.

@ het zijn gewoon onze bergen, niet die van Nederland 😁😇 haha. De naam Dutch Mountains is gewoon erg populair geworden door de Trail, maar volgens mij zitten er in die organisatie ook niet erg veel Limburgers. Haha. Pas sinds de DMT hoor ik dat onze heuvels Dutch Mountains genoemd werden. In alle 35 jaar daarvoor dat ik in Limburg woonde, zeiden mensen van boven de rivieren alleen maar “we hebben geen bergen in Nederland, die Limburgers overdrijven” 😂 haha. Ja, ik heb dat bedragje er ook al paar keer voor willen neerleggen maar dan kwam er toch weer iets anders tussen wat ik moest kopen 😜

With this and the Firebox I can conquer the world lol. The Firebox is a great windshield for the Trangia, get the nano and takes hardly any space, you can also burn twigs and during fire bans when alcohol stoves are not allowed I use the canister insert and cook with the Trangia pot and pan.

Hoi Sandra, das sah nach einer kalten, aber wunderschönen Wanderung mit Sonnenschein und blauen Himmel aus. Ob kleines Wasserschloss oder Dorf des Weihnachtsmanns: es war sehr abwechslungsreich. Nach dem Weihnachtstrubel vermittelte der Weg im Anschluss eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Wiesen, die Aussichten sowie die Höhlen haben uns gut gefallen.
