It ususally depends on which missions you get on a good run approaching 80-100 million isk, this tengu has a few faction mods on it but I've ran it before with just tech two and it works just as good, also at about 15.50 in the video I've popped the fitting window in if you'd like to see exactly what this set up has, thanks for commenting :)
