I lived in Augsburg Germany back in 1972 - 1975. I loved it. I lived at 537 Apartment 14. I heard they tore all of those old military housing buildings down. I remember the bakery man would pull up in a vw van, slide open the door and have tons of goodies for sale. I would give him a quarter and get a little bag full of candy.

Stunning views Ruya! London does Christmas very well. The holiday lights strung along stately avenues looks simply magical. Seeing all the name brand fashion store fronts reminds me of our days strolling through SoHo in NYC together. Happy times! ✨🌟🎊🌟✨

Thanks for this video , I think I was the first one to view it with my Mom . We were both born in Augsburg , she turns 95 next month . I had been showing her several Christmas market walk throughs when this one popped up . She really misses her home town . We both left in 1953 , I was one year old , and came to Russell Kansas . My Dad was with the US Army Occupational Forces in Augsburg where he met and married Mom . I've never been back but it's on my bucket list ! Again , thanks , we really enjoyed it .

Never been to Times Square, but I used to go to Greenwich Village when it was the hot spot for gay people back in the late 70's. I know the gay area has moved over the years, and back then, the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood was a ghetto to be avoided. Much has changed. Would love to go there.
