I turned off the video after about 6 minutes, simply because Your excitement clouds the professional review I was expecting. During these 6 minutes I've heard "guys, this is unreal" about 156 times. No, it's not unreal, You're staring at it. Don't take this personal, I just had to write my thoughts down.

Thanks for your constructive feedback pal, whilst I do agree that I was repetitive (maybe because it was one of my earlier videos and do now try to avoid this) but having said that I guess we will to have to agree to disagree on the “excitement” element as I believe that is something missing from other KZbinrs whilst reviewing cars. I am a layman who is obsessed with cars and I was in a very special car, so my excitement was inevitable and going off the other comments on this video, other viewers seemed to have liked my genuine approach to it! But thanks, all feedback is appreciated 👍

Hi mate. Watched your m135i videos before. . I bought a m135i f40 2020 misano blue. With panroof. Tech pack. Comfort pack. Black leather seats. Adaptive suspension with 18inch 556m alloys which not a fan of the wheels. So changing to 554m orbit grey one which looks alot better as i want stay with 18inch alloys as better ride and 19s alot issues with potholes due to lower profiles tyres.. 2020/2023 productio. Cars running on old set up suspension/ steering which is a little wondering i say on road. But the 2024 revised the set on front end especially to ride more planted in bushes balljoints arms etc.. . Only issue have is the gearbox shift changes as abit aggressive in changing gears( hit you back in seat) feeling.
@slen629321 күн бұрын
If it has adaptive, you’ll know when you go to configure the individual driving mode and you’ll have a chassis option. If you don’t have that option, it’s doesn’t have it.

Tbh I got away with it as I do set the steering wheel lower in all cars, but can see it potentially being an issue.

You so full of sh!t. I’m assuming you were comparing the driving experience to the F20 M135i wich is RWD biased while this F40 is FWD. That is a night and day difference unless you drive like a grannie.🤦🏻♂️ And on top of that you’re gaslighting that the build quality of the interior has very lil’ scratchy plastics when the upper part of the doors where a driver is resting his elbow while holding the steering wheel just where the side windshield starts is hard and scratchy plastic while in the F20 you have even on base models nice soft material. You either just plain gaslighting or just coping really hard the bad purchase you made, you numb nuts.😂👌🏻

R those cars cheap to run and insurance
@jjulanicars18 күн бұрын
Yes general maintenance will be cheaper compared to German branded vehicles etc and being small engined hybrid I would assume it’s cheap to insure.
@elianioriofarrellАй бұрын
I wouldn't be too worried about an engine management light if it doesn't stay on, it might be a cold start fault. But maybe mention it on your first service, could be a simple fix under warranty. Also small cars on the motorways are alright yeah.

Good video. The only one I’ve seen on the A3 1.0 litre long term review with a private owner. I recently bought the 1.0 litre A3 saloon auto and I’m getting 45-60 mpg which is great. I would recommend the 1.0 litre based on fuel economy alone. Performance is good for everyday driving. Sadly Audi no longer offer the 1.0 on the 2024 facelift A3.

Never assume the standard system in a BMW is going to be good - they’re terrible and I’ve owned several in the last 23 years. In fact the Harmon Kardon in the new (g20) 3 series isn’t that good compared to the Harmon Kardon that was in my (f30) 3 series. Lane assist can be permanently disabled even though the seller I bought my car off told me I had to constantly keep deactivating it. I like the live cockpit display, but yes it would be nice to have been able to change the displays. Everything else about my (g20) I love. I’m looking at a 1 series for my wife - it’s just hard to find one with a great spec (HK, heated wheel..) over a good spec.

Yeah it’s not a 20k c63 that gets 0-60 in 4 seconds it’s a c32 that gets 0-60 in 5 seconds that costs a quarter of the price of a c63 and if the the c63 owner is a poseur that doesn’t actually know his mercs you’ll have him in tears for a quarter of the money 🤷🏻♂️

Hey, I think you’ll find modern cars are programmed to run rich for about the first 10,000miles, most likely the car will then get more and more economical and optimise at 20,000miles. You can’t therefore compare to a 6 year old car, wait and see…

It’s a front wheel drive bmw. That’s enough not to like it. As for change lane assist, that’s an eu directive for all cars 2024 or there about so can’t change it. As for display, another modern car trait which is crap and a status quo being forced on new car buyers. I go out my way to buy older cars that don’t have all this rubbish.
@jonathanlfccortis50064 ай бұрын
Not sure if you have driven this new model 1 Series, but the rear wheel drive myth flies out of the window!! BMW have cleverly evened the weight out & the engine has a different layout. It was a bold move by BMW, but it has worked a treat! There’s more room in the back & the boot is bigger, with under floor storage, some even argue that it drives better than the previous 1 series.

Just got one in blue (having came from a Leon FR) and loving it. Both great cars to drive, the stop-start is better in the Leon thanks to the mild hybrid. Despite slightly less BHP and 3 v 4 cylinders the BMW feels quicker especially in Sports mode- the Leon is a lot more linear in its power delivery while the BMW is more “boosty”. Also both have pretty decent sound systems compared to Lexus 😅While the Seat isn’t bad I love how solidly put together the BMW feels, it’s a keeper for sure
