They've been losing millions every year they've owned the club. They might start making a profit on their overall investment if Wrexham gets into the Championship. They're clearly not in this for the money - but unlike the billionaires who buy Premier clubs for the prestige I really do believe they're in this because it's Rob's life long dream to own and operate a professional sports team and Ryan, while I think he initially just wanted to help Rob realize his dream, has caught the bug and is now all in. Neither of them are selling Wrexham for a long, long time and then only if the sale will help Wrexham continue its ascent to the top of the Premier League.

I don't see them selling at the moment. They seem to be having too much fun, and its not like they need the money.

Lee, Mendy, Bickerstaff, and Palmer all looked strong out there. Waters needs more confidence and more practice on making goals under pressure.

Parky has said that he doesn't want to do any loans so I would be surprised if we were to get a striker on a loan. I think that Mullin being out is giving Palmer, Dalby, and company chances to step up and I personally think that Palmer looked like he did when we first signed him. Much more technical and fit than we have seen from him all last season. Still not enough but improving.

Barnett was the strongest looking player we had on the pitch. It felt as though the Dons were duplicating what Chelsea did to us. Apply pressure and fluster our midfield. The defenders were in poor form. It's only the first game of a long season. Notts did worse. I have faith in Parky and the lads to tighten things up over the coming weeks. Up the Town!

Mclean will probably end up in the midfield. He is able to play forward if necessary but this will be a good signing over the year, as long as he stays healthy.

The wife and I attended the Chelsea/Wrexham match in North Carolina. The lads held their own for the first 70+ minutes. Ryan Barnett looked the strongest. I think that we are in for a treat this season from Mr. Barnett. I think that he's gained in confidence and he's very technical. I think that Will Boyle needs more play time to build up his confidence. He doesn't follow through. The MK Dons match will be a challenge without Mullin. Keep up the great content.

Cb is not the priority all though tozer did have a wobble mid season and his slow pace got exposed a few times and his passing . All though did redeem in the end with better form . O’Connell was brilliant . Tunnicliffe very solid and hadyn coming back I dint see the need as cleworth will step in when needed . We do need a defensive midfielder in my view to break up opposition teams and cone in to protect leads . I think we do need another striker as Ollie palmer form at the end concerned me and parky also . Hopefully Bobby waters can contribute and bickerstaff get his chance maybe be even Scott butler get cameos in the cups and the odd league game . For me Wrexham should get into the playoffs minimum this season and has the potential for a top three spot amongst notts county and Bradford city .
