Certified riding instructor here.. I'm sure she means well but this is terrible advice for several reasons. For one, it's very important to keep your elbows forward and elastic moving with the rhythm of the horse at almost all times. Second, you should never arch your back that much. Your back and core should be flat, not arched or stiff. There also must be "elasticity" down your back for free pelvic movement. Right now her hips and pelvis are rolled forward and will limit her range of motion and ability to move with her horse. She is also much more likely to fall forward with her hips rolled forward like this. These are just a couple things wrong with this video..

I am a devout faithful Christian woman In England that is truly sick of England and was thinking of moving to America or infact anywhere to leave this wicked country .
