Yes, the pungent smell goes away after fermentation. Fermented juice tastes just ok. Not sweet not bitter. It reminds me of apple cider vinegar 😄

For pregnancy, I am always very cautious. I believe it is not the time to introduce new things to your system unless absolutely necessary. Just wait a few months and you will be drinking it and enjoying all the health benefits. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

For bamboo leaf tea, both young and mature leaves can be used. However, younger leaves are often preferred because they tend to have a milder flavor and are more tender. Mature leaves can also be used but might produce a stronger or slightly more bitter taste. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching 🙏

There were two methods that I used. For the prekese tea I used hot water and it is ready in a few minutes. The second one is what I call prekese water. With prekese water with that I used room temperature water. it will stay for several hours before it is ready for drinking because room temperature water will take longer to extract the nutrients. It is advisable to make enough for one day and consume it all fresh. If you want it to stay longer keep it in the fridge for a few days. That is what I usually do. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching 🙏
