Glass is not flammable because it is a silicone DIOXIDE. Which means it is already a product of chemical reaction with oxygen. It can't burn if it is already "burned"

Fun fact: Silica glass, also called silicon dioxide, is not flammable. It melts at around 2500-3000°F (roughly 1370-1650°C) which is twice the melting point of stainless steel, more than 5 times hotter than a candle flame, around 3-4 times hotter than the hottest house fires. It isn't flammable under any circumstances, and there's no way it's gonna melt under any natural circumstances. Source: My brother is a glass blower, and I as his student and apprentice.
