Not sure I follow the issue. Maybe explain it a little better. Either way, I dont sell them so don’t care that much. I still use mine frequently and it’s amazing. Best addition to winter camping I have purchased.

You should have got the pipe oven and is far as that huge tank a simple water kettle works just fine.
@IBHurls7 ай бұрын
years later I still love this oven and wouldn’t change a thing. And as far as that water tank, having it wrap around behind the pipe, leaves room for cooking on the stove that a kettle would take up.

Hey Ben. That would depend on number of things, primarily what branch you belong to as they will all have their own rules. There is no reason why not if you are there as an observer but it depends how old you are is there are all sorts of rules relating to working with minors etc. What part of the country do you live?

I know this is a year old but wanted to ask if you saw any warping on the sides? Hard to tell but it looks like it may have a bit as mine did after the first burn. I was careful to to keep it reasonable but still saw some on the side (opposite the window, I ha e the large View model). I also noticed that the grate curved slightly. Did you see any of this with yours?
@IBHurls2 жыл бұрын
Hey mate, yes there is some slight warping but I expected that with heat and steel. It doesn’t impact its usability. Grill also bowed like you said. Again, doesn’t impact usage. Mine has had hindered a of hours of burn time now. Was a great purchase
@gilbertmedina18372 жыл бұрын
@@IBHurls OK, thank you for confirming! And I agree, it is very nice so far. I picked up the water tanked after and thought I had done some damage because it didn't sit flush on the side, there was a gap at bottom, but noticed yours did that right out of the box and saw on some other videos as well, so I feel better about that. Thanks for sharing! Greeting from Los Angeles and cheers!

At the end of the day mate. heat will bend metal and there has to be a trade off. A heavier gauge metal wold make it impractical. The test for me really is smoke leakage. There isn't any. I have a small alarm I have in my tent to alert me of carbon monoxide. There hasn't been an issue to date. I am more in danger of dying of sock smells as my hunting party like to dry their clothes out near the fire :) All the best with it.

Nic vid. Sambar are a lot harder than fallow or reds to hunt imo. The hardest bit is finding good spots. They’re literally everywhere in vic but country they bed up in is extremely thick and you can’t see them when they bust out. But saying that sometimes you’ll get the odd dumb one ( not a good stag they’re too smart ) standing out in a clearing or bedded in the open which is how I got my 3 last year. But that’s what makes in addicting. And the meat is good too, really mild tasting and perfect for roasts or small goods like salami. The other crazy thing about them is you can smash them in the shoulder with a big magnum cal and they’ll run 100m like nothing happened and leaves you guessing lol
@IBHurls3 жыл бұрын
After two trips, I agree with you 100% But, I have had more than my fair share of opportunities, with a number of hinds and two decent stags crossing my path. I just wasn’t ready for them. More time at it and it will Come together 👍
