I would get someone else to put these PSAs out next time. This is someone I would not want to deal with after losing a loved one.

I don’t even remember the first month after my husband of 45 years suddenly passed 2 months ago let alone tackle this, I’m doing what I can now and finally stopped beating myself up about so many things. I’m wondering if this is what she did? Or just an ad

Lawyers. She is just straight up annoying. You will save way more in the end with a living trust.

Nope I would rather handle everything myself with the revocable trust no one may touch it with our my signature

Typical lawyer. She should give everyone the downside of a will. I rather pay up front then have all my assets get a large percentage peeled off during probate, while having my children spend time in court dealing with it. Lawyers love wills, unless they're looking out for you.

Of course a lawyer would say you need one. Just do research.

Can we rent out our deceased parents vacant home, Before going through that probate process. Or do we have to wait to re-title it in California?

You stole my estate and inheritance and destroyed records and switched my medical and counseling records and stole my identity and estate and deleted records from JP Morgan and stole my bank accounts and property.

The 1739-1991 New Jersey Wills and Probate Records for Thomas McKean 1831 cover page and administration papers says I own all land, building, property and chattel with immunity of whatsoever nature to the United States forever and I am not satisfied as an heir.

What of an Attorney handling the Irrevocable Trust...Which *LET DOWN*(to say it mildly) one of the Trustees??? Mother and brother went to this Original Attorney AFTER my father died... Attorney who put this Trust in place from the start. Next I heard? ...I was denied a copy of what was done there upon their return to that Attorney!! Upon phone conversation with that Firms Office...I was told I was NO LONGER represented by that Attorney...and would have to find my own Attorney NOW! The betrayal has caused a break up of the so called family. And a lot of mental/emotional damage! It was always toxic anyway. I am IN New York....Will you kindly guide me?? MY Life depends on some proper counsel and representation. Please reply? TYSM!!

So few viewers of these topics yet so many millions of seniors aware of severe consequences of wrong choices. Sad! Seems like 3 or other uneven number of executors is best with majority overrule.

Can you put your attorney under contract to do what ever you want in regard to your irrevocable trust? This way you remain in control. The contract would not be visible unless the granter had a problem with attorney or lawfirm.

you 2 have probably figured it out by now but you go to probate court and file an objection, you have to pay the court and there will be a hearing, not simple.
