I'm today years old when I found out Rebecca from AC series is voiced by Eliza. And Eliza, as I recall, is Liza from Beakman's World! She's my most favorite Beakman character besides Beakman himself

We don't speak like that, that accent is an American doing an"Orish" accent and failing miserably. Do better!

I say concentrate on the indigenous part of your life - the one that had all the answers all those other voices were looking for. ... The rest is literally bellyaching, chaotic, and renders no medicinal value to your cause, and for all the effort put in to suggest otherwise. .... You're welcome.

Well, since you asked, I started an online character Acting Academy, to help people break into voiceovers, as well as an online dialect, master class, and I am going to be releasing my 30 years of dialect research in a podcast, travel memoir format, pretty soon. And I’m still doing that oddly relevant one woman show every now and then, and I have a kid, I still do voices for games and animation, and I plan to be my little filmmaker 11 year old’s production team this summer. And I sing and play fiddle and a bunch of peoples bands around Portland.

I remember going to the grand Canyon and I heard a woman with a southern belle accent, she was on facetime talking loudly on to her relative and I was very amazed. Ive heard Southern accents before but hers sounded exactly like the movies. It sounded like a girl who lives in a trailer park with an abusive boyfriend, who talks loudly and has a strong personality.

East Texas has the most influence from the mix of Deep Southern accents. However, since most of the settlers of East Texas were the remaining rhotic speakers of the South English settlers during the 1800s, when they picked up the Deep South accent, which itself came from a practice of South East Englanders replacing the phonologies of their accent that were close to the phonological pronunciations of 'Received' England accent with the 'Posh' England accent that said 'Received' England accent differed from, and since both the Received England accent and the 'Posh' England accent were non-rhotic and the South East England accent was rhotic at the time, the rhoticity was not replaced. In other words, basically using mathematical logic to add or subtract features, the unchanged features of the difference between Received and 'Posh' did not change in the South East English settlers in the Deep South. However, some have synthesized non-rhoticity due to contact with new settlers who already spoke the 'Posh' accent. That being said, the non-rhotic Deep South accent doesn't replace the "I" sound with "ah", but the rhotic variant from the coastal parts of the Deep South does do due to the lack of contact between South East English settlers and 'Posh' English settlers. This is why East Texas is rhotic, but doesn't pronounce "I" as "ah" on some words. East Texas has a nasally lower note twangy consonantized drawl carried from the Deep South.

Not really a mountain southern accent for North Carolina though. Sounded like more of a TN/AL border accent to me, but everyone is an expert on the Internet, lol. However, I've lived some in the NC mountains and they will even say Yew'ins for ya'll, so pretty unique colloquial accent up and around there.

Thomas Sowell noted that parts of "Ebonics" or Black English, which is unquestionable Southern has some grammar similarities to Western England. Where they say "He be, she be, we be doing that, they be doing that". With the use of that copula "be".
