I would make the clap reverb even longer and louder. It must be hard to emulate the 808 n 909 claps because i find this is where people struggle the most.

@@TheFesta01 yeah it's a special type of envelope that triggers three times and the noise (semi-random) has to be filtered quite precisely. I'll definitely add more range to the reverb, thanks for pointing it out!

i guest that goes to the master Channel, iwill get this
@EkssperimentalSoundsStudioАй бұрын
You can route it however you like! In the video it's on the master, you can also use it as a insert effect or just straight after an audio track. It has both separate outs for each channel/band and a master with the sum of all 4. There's no right or wrong, it's designed as a software option to the pretty uncommon and expensive dub soundsystem preamps :)
@saren6538Ай бұрын

@slackdaveАй бұрын
How do you trigger the sounds? Do you have to route a reDrum to the individual drum CV in?
@EkssperimentalSoundsStudioАй бұрын
You can use gates from Redrum (or anything that puts out cv) or you can use a Player device, or just enter the notes in the sequencer lane (C1 = Bassdrum, D1 = Snare, and so on.. There's a cheat sheet on the panel when bottom knobs are hidden)
@EkssperimentalSoundsStudioАй бұрын
In the beginning of this video I show entering notes in the sequencer: kzbin.infohl3xd3F8Pas?si=sT6DUFljX4me4Scl

I confused guys : what is ES101 and ES10 Analog ? what is the technical difference are both SH-101 emulations : Please reply : I don't want to mis the sale ! Cheers 🥂
@EkssperimentalSoundsStudio2 ай бұрын
Both are somewhat inspired by the SH101, ES10 is the most similar, all the same controls and layout but it's not a 100% accurate emulation, but strongly "inspired by" and sounding great. ES101 has more functions and differs a bit more (even tho the name suggest more similarity), it has kind of a sharper sound and can do different character since it got FM and Ring Mod oscillators, along with an FX section. Somewhat different layout and modulation routings. It's more like a big playful synth for experimentation while the ES10 is a small and simple device, good when you want a quick SH101-kind of sound. ES10 has some nice functionality for aftertouch and modulation, I suggest trial both and see which one you prefer!
