I get what he's saying about the Chargers "being behind schedule" in the context of Herbert and the roster itself, but as far as the schedule under Harbaugh they're ahead of schedule because this was viewed as a rebuild year. Heck, many people were saying don't be surprised if the chargers end up with only 7-8 wins in Harbaugh's first season. So I think there probably needs to be a category one tier up just for the chargers. I would call it "Making up for lost time" as Harbaugh has brought the team to where it should have been last season.
