Hey I know this is an old video but I see your still active on KZbin so hopefully you see this, Did plugging in the abs module fix it or did unplugging it fix it? And just to be clear you are talking about the actual black box for the abs not just the connector(s) on the RABS valve, correct?

I had a similar issue with that same wire that runs from the relay all the way down to the pump. Originally I thought my fuel pump was bad because I had 12 volts to the connector at the pump. Turns out the wire burned itself up and even though it showed 12 volts at the connector it just couldn't transfer the amps needed to run the pump would be my guess. I upgraded the wire to 10 gauge and changed the relay to a Msd one. Its been solid for the last 3 years up until this point. At least I have a good spare pump to keep in the truck :)

They even run without diesel fuel and with the key off....its called a run away it goes full throttle no one knows why as it eats its own oil....till it goes BOOM

The 7.3 was originally designed to be used without a turbo til 94 in which they made the Powerstroke with direct injection and a turbo

Actually all the way back to the original early 80s 6.9 International anticipated turbocharging was in it's future and installed an oil system that oil cooled the pistons. It was a loser in a competition for a US Army contract but found a home in the medium duty line of trucks and of course the Fords. People started adding on Turbos by the late 80s. They always seemed to hold up so long as you keep the coolant chemistry right.
