Mate I cannot thank you enough. I did fill the tank with vinegar and left it there for 24 hours. Nothing happened. Then I realised I forgot it add baking soda to it. As soon as I did it went nuts for awhile and then left it the for another 6 hours. Rinsed everything and the tank was as clean as new. The only problem I have is that I cannot get all the dirt out cause of the shape of the tank.. ANW, you are a life saver ❤❤

Best trick i have learned with these machines is, just heat water and use a souvide cooking bag for your parts and cleaner. I just seal up one end of the bag and make the bag 2-3 ft long, let the top hang over the edge. The bags can really take the heat and can be reused. Best of all your machine stays clean so you can go back and forth between the items you are cleaning.

Great video! 👍 I have some similar snowblower tires on the front of my lawn tractor called Carlisle X Trac in the same size as your tires. What you should do is the put them on the tractor in the wrong direction so that the threads turn backwards, it maybe sound stupid but then they will last much longer on the front of your lawn tractor since the wide part of the threads would hit the ground first. I put my tires on in 2020 with the direction on them the other way around and they still looks like new even when i have used my tractor on gravel and paved roads the last 4 years since i got them. I also use my tractor for pulling trailers and was in need of some tires with more grip.

are there any parts inside that heater you need to remove before using it? Parts that can melt since it's not made to be in a closed hot box.

Yes, the plastic knob that turns it on. I use a pair of pliers and that seems to work just fine. Not a single negative issue with it yet.

Cool vid! I got a handheld soda baster (made in USA!). Set up a blast area in the back of my truck bed with a tarp over it to capture the soda. Blasted a wheel. Made a mess but it worked. I need to rethink the capture situation. Maybe use a refrigerator box. 🙂

video starts talking about Rust 911 then moves on to water then dish soap and water. it notes that you rinse it several times with water then repeat the process with dish soap and water but the process is not shown and we don;t know how many times to rinse with water and how many time to wash with water and dish soap. then we see vinegar going into the tank and then it cuts to the vinegar having been removed from the tank without stating how long the vinegar is supposed to sit in the tank. also how is the vinegar supposed to be removed? do you blast it out with water? then all of a sudden we're talking about muriatic acid and it's mentioned that it's dangerous and disposal is never described or shown. dish soap gets mentioned again and then we cut away yet again. now you mention don't let it sit not specifying if you're referring to the acid or the vinegar and then you mention that the vinegar "like you said" should sit for 24 to 48 hours but you never actually said that until now which is a full step after you've removed the vinegar... now you mention putting WD40 in the tank before sealer but then removing the WD40 with acetone. so that's 3 new chemicals mentioned in the last minute of the video with zero explanation or demonstration of why and how. i'm left with far more questions at the end of this video than before i started watching. WTF?

There is science behind why bubbles create heat (someone below mentioned it) , i personally use an old hot water heater coil in a pipe with a tube coming back out near the top to force the steam back into the water (its not a great method but works) i know someone that just made a small hot water cyclinder to heat the water then uses compressed air or gravity to put it back into the tank...or you can buy additional elements but most of the PCB's are cheap and will die so you need an additional controller (good if you buy a broken one and make your own) Thanks for the upload

this one time I accidentally powdered a part in Prismatic Powders Illusion Blueberry without plugging the control box and hooking up the ground clamp beforehand, and to my surprise the powder stuck to the part perfectly, I didn't even realize the machine was unplugged and unclamped because it was working 100% normally and came out great this is a two stage powder too, basecoat and clear coat so I was ultra shocked, usually the second coat/top coat has a harder time sticking since the part has already been cured in basecoat but it was stuck the same without the machine turned on, no more difficult than usual, can anyone exolain this please? Why did it work fully turned off? The powder didn't even fall off on the way to the oven and I was led to believe it would've fallen off due to the lack of static charge holding the charged powder particles to the part
