"Work out your salvation with fear and trembling" Philippians 2:12....key word "work out" - we want to use short cuts in the kingdom of God, that is the main problem with this generation. Matthew 7 :13-14 “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.

I am disappointed that Rev you have failed to rightfully teach the word of God in this matter. Tithe is not a new testament teaching and you claim that the people can only return to God by tithing and will go to hell for not tithing (said no bible verse) So sad i pray you denounce this teaching 😢
@RKiamahАй бұрын
Thank you for your response, I appreciate it really. Let's break it down; 1. Where does it say to tithe in the New Testament? you might believe this means the concept is not in the New Testament. But it is! In the book of Matthew Jesus was sharing with a crowd and condemned the teachers of the law for their hypocrisy. They worked hard to follow every law to the letter, but paid no attention to their heart. Jesus says, “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices-mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law-justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former.” Jesus was not discouraging the practice of giving. He was reminding religious leaders that giving was about more than just money. Giving to God was about a person’s heart. It was one of the many ways a person could offer their lives and dedicate themselves to God. This sentiment echoes another time Jesus expressed frustration with the practices of the Pharisees and leaders of the law. In Matthew 15:8-9 Jesus says, “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.” More than anything, Jesus is after the hearts of men and women. Financial giving only mattered to God when it was done with a worshipful heart, hence the title that tithe is not about money 2. Going to hell by not tithing, I believe in the sermon the context of this was based on the story of Ananias and Saphira, where they got themselves killed by their own sin, that was the context..

The church voted in this government me included. But we trusted in them instead of in the Lord. Cursed is the one who trusts in man. We need to go back to our knees, we need to repent because our nation and government are a true reflection of the church. It's not the thugs we elected to blame. It is WE THE CHURCH. WE HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM GOD. WE SAY WE BELIEVE BUT YET WALK IN DARKNESS. GOD IS SHOWING HIS PEOPLE THE CHURCH OUR TRUE CONDITION. May the Lord give us the grace to truly repent and return to Him in true righteousness. LET US PRAY 🙏🏽🙏🏽
