Thanks for doing this video. I was about to purchase these but I think I'll pass. I have 2 older Tourmaster Transition jackets and they've been great but I guess QC has dropped off. Disappointing. Rather than shipping your pants back and getting another pair with the crap zipper, could you have the zipper replaced and/or reinforced?

In every experience I have personally , Taft beats Thursday in every aspect except price. They are just a bit more expensive, but Taft is more stylish, more comfortable, better material and craftsmanship, and just overall a better boot and brand.
@adventureswithvs6461
@adventureswithvs6461 8 ай бұрын
That was the vibe I got. I got a blemished pair but Taft was fantastic about their return process. I’ll probably make another, quicker video about that when it’s all done. I wish Taft would do a wide.

I have a Taft boot but I can't say that I'm impressed with their quality. They seem more like a $200 boot than a $300 boot. They do have some unique styles though.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Found these for a pretty steep discount but seems like the quality might be tough to deal with. I had some Sedici Alexi Mesh pants that blew out in the rear and dont really want something similar to happen again. Rev'it cut seemed to slim for me. Maybe I need stomach the cost of Klim.

I've been very happy with the ThinkTank Digital Holster series. I carries well on the chest, and the bottom of the bag can pop out for use with a longer lens. I have the TT harness, but I prefer to just clip the bag to D-rings on my packs with small carabiners or Nite Ize S-Biners. The Digital Holster also works well with a shoulder strap, and can be carried as a belt pack. www.thinktankphoto.com/collections/shoulder-bags-digital-holsters A tip for using any chest pack. If you find it flopping around, run a short loop of shock cord from the bottom of the chest pack to your backpack's hip belt to stabilize the chest pack.

@@codyswim567 it wasn’t a bad hike at all. Really there are only two ways in if I remember right. One brings you in on the topside and the other (how we went) brings you in on the bottom. Not sure how hard the topside hike is but ours was pretty doable.
