thanks for the video..juat cleaned mom's hearing aids......she can hear again. lol.

I just vacuumed up one of my Widex hearing aids. I found it, but there is filth in my vacuum bag, including some dead bugs. Other than what you show in your video, is there something I should do? I will change the dome and the filter. Thank you.

CAUTION!! At the top of page 37 in the ReSound OMNI RIE user manual, under "Cleaning and Caring for Your Hearing Aids," it reads: CAUTION: • Never use alcohol or other cleaning solutions to clean your hearing aids. This can damage your hearing aids and may cause a skin reaction. So I wouldn't use alcohol wipes to clean ReSound hearing aids if I were you!

Obsolete. The chargers don’t look like this anymore. The lighting is poor, with backlight impairing the view.

I did not receive proper help from my doctor very few appointments said every 3 months not necessary to make changes or replace any parts no instructions on how to use hearing aids no supplies I learned this from others that were patients and well taken care of my 3 yrs are up now on my own this program has been a great start for me thank you.

At 81, I just got these hearing aids. But first got my ears flushed out. Could not get the cleaning part right. Your video was great

I have read (and heard from my audiologist) never to use ALCOHOL wipes, but rather, the wipes specifically made for hearing aids., because alcohol can damage hearing aids.

Now I know so expensive pay cleaning hearing aid for remove ear wax inside hole

My Mom got the MRR4D (two) when she put them to charge there's this kind of high frequency sound. Is this normal? Or should she do something to avoid that?

I bought one set rechargeable oticon from India Kerala thiruvella but within one week no sound went doctor he clean and give to me back that works ones week now me in Texas next month going Canada what I can do.this charges very good,when taken and put right ear the left side making sound. And finish light and what I can do how long this warranty. Happy to hear from anyone

Did any one say how often one changes the wax filter ?

My hearing aids have to go in now and then and they clean them. When the right one stopped working they cleaned it and then when it stopped they put on a new wire. They never told me about the wax filter. If I knew about it I could clean it myself and save a trip. My right ear stopped but when I take it out for an extended period it starts working so I decided it has to do with heat. I then went to youtube and found it has a wax filter that seems the likely culprit. My question is does phonak supply these filters and did my La Mesa Ca. dealer not tell me?

The white wax protector will not come out using hole 1 in the disc. How do I alternatively remove it?

Are the hearing aides stored inside the charger? Or just charged in the exterior spaces/holes provided on the edge of the charger?

Thank you, Hearing Solution. The print was so small in the Phonak user manual I couldn't read it. These are extremely expensive hearing aids. Why couldn't the company provide an adequate user manual, particularly for those getting along in their years and wearing glasses? The company website did not provide instructions on cleaning their hearing aids; I had to go to KZbin for help. The company's plastic tools used for cleaning their hearing aids are cheaply made. And if something goes wrong with the Phonak hearing aids or they need to be replaced, the company charges $300 to replace or repair the item. This company is about price gouging and is not at all interested in their customers. Not a good company!
