I wouldn't say pushing a cart is a skilled job, anyone can do it! I had to laugh when they were trying to chop off the section that had not been sawed all the way through, and then decided it needed to be sawn all the way through, IDIOTS!

Please no cigarettes, your sawmill could go POOF, then you have no everything. you need some soapy water on blade while cutting the log so it won't burn.

Also. The wind twist the grain of the wood. When you cut it. Then it releases in such force. That it can crack one or more places. As a dry firewood logger of 37yrs. I experienced those" releases" in splitting the firewood logs. Below freezing temperatures help to release those " releases" in the wood's grain. The " same releases" as cutting logs into boards.
