What you had with your Bo La Lot was what we called string hopper, not vermicelli.

Hi Scott, Great vid mate. Love the Com Tam, the eggy pork slice is delish. you've got to get Lynn on camera too. Cheers Simon
@travellingplanetearth12 күн бұрын
Cheers Simon, Lynn is a bit camera shy but she does love food and gets to taste all the best bites. She also funds the project by working remotely 38hrs a week while I go out and eat food 😃 Hopefully she may make an appearance in our Mekong Video

@@travellingplanetearth1 Yeah Scotty, Lene is not a camera fan as you have seen. Good fun though. Hey mate , with your titles for the vids, try to make it "searchable" . IE, change it from "Eating like a local: HCM must try dishes" to HCM must try dishes, Eating like a local! Just think what you would search for on Google. Eg "The best Nasi Lemak in Bali, compared to Bali Indonesia, The best Nasi lemak! Just sayin mate, Cheers Simon

Good Advice, I think you are correct but I just sought a 2nd option (Ai) and it agrees however with a twist to include the country as well that I have just updated to: Ho Chi Minh City Must-Try Dishes: Eat like a local in Vietnam Ah the learning curve ...

@travellingplanetearth1 nice mate. Happy to help. Don't fail, like me. 80 vids over 3 yrs, irregular posting, too many topics. No algorithm action with retirement, then food, then bike rides and advice, then visas, then hotel reviews, then boozers, then flight recommendations, then bus trips! FML, keep it simple Scott. You have a great food channel mate. Don't stray too far.

When you ordered nasi campur in a Padang Shop, the veggies are complimentary with the rice. So don't miss on the veggies and be sure to ask for it, say yes if the shopkeeper say "sayur".

@@travellingplanetearth1 I liked the 15 minutes. Was very crisp. Did you cause the eruption? You tend to upset the World, wherever you go. Also, a few more 'step' Episodes like that and you'll be ready for an IronMan Crown. 😊🐒
