Well the rate of getting your ear hurt while having big holes in them is also exponentially higher than those with none.

You mean people are attached to results based on the time they spend in the gym? Nah. [sarcasm]

How effectively they use that time can significantly impact the results😄

This is absolutely hard cap. Gaining muscle does not take the micromanagement of calories, fats, carbs, ect the way losing weight does. Don't get me wrong it's not necessarily easy but it's not NEARLY as hard as these guys are putting it as. Bulking is seen more enjoyable then cutting and why? It's cause you have more energy and strength. I honestly don't see this man's logic. I can personally gain muscle 10 times easier then cut. Now if this guy is talking about more bodybuilding and not power lifting then I somewhat see what he means but my point still stands. Losing 30 lbs in fat is harder then gaining 30 lbs in good lean muscle.

Everyone's experience can vary based on their goals, body type, and approach to nutrition and training. It's great that you've found gaining muscle to be easier for you personally. Thanks for sharing your perspective!

@@WeAreTheMovementHub my apologies if I came off as harsh or rude that was not my intention and I'm sorry if it came off that way. I just think that bulking is way easier then cutting however I can somewhat see where you're coming from. I just personally feel that the micromanagement of calories, proteins, and carbs for a bulk is easier then a actual diet. I'm sorry for being ahead of myself.

I can lose over a kg of fat in a week, imagine if you could gain that in muscle lmao
@samm3579Ай бұрын
That cant be. You cant burn 1kg of fat in 1 week. That is also muscel and water weight
@WeAreTheMovementHubАй бұрын
Losing over a kilogram of fat in a week is impressive. Gaining that much muscle in the same timeframe would be quite remarkable!
@resiliencevideosАй бұрын
@@samm3579 eh definitely can, 1kg of fat is about 2 days worth of not eating for me, can probably drop way more but then the muscle really starts going.
