Tiene razón, yo soy licenciado en Sociología y estoy estudiando Derecho como segunda carrera (tengo 29) y la verdad me quedé horrorizado también con lo expuesto en primer lugar por Kelsen sobre el objeto de estudio del Derecho, sólo apegándose a la norma jurídica y que no deberia de inmiscuirse en otras ramas como política o conducta humana. En primer lugar me pregunté, si el Derecho sólo debe de apegarse únicamente a la norma jurídica, entonces ¿Cómo c****jo puede haber delito sin conducta humana? ¿Cómo puede haber voluntad sin la interacción de personas poniéndose de acuerdo? El Dr. Fernández, una eminencia, yo comparto su mismo pensamiento, ya que no existiría lo que se estudia, sin la interacción humana ni la subjetividad de valores, claro la jurisprudencia y la norma es muy importante, pero sin esos dos ingredientes, estaria incompleta y seria abstracto, como las matemáticas.
