I was looking at your earlier videos and spotted your shelving units. I hope you don’t king me asking if they are Kallax from IKEA? I was thinking of buying Kallax for my glass sheets and frit but I’m afraid they won’t be strong enough. I hope you don’t mind me asking whether you reinforce them?

It's copper foil, not sure of the thickness but similar to good quality tinfoil. I buyit from either Warm Glass or Glass Studio Supplies

Hi, great work! What size frit did you use?

Its like you attached a camera to a hummingbird to make this video. You need to slow way down so I can actually see what you are talking about. Try rotating your camera 90 degrees please! I heard bread but I couldn't hardly see it.

Lovely work! I use copper in my fused glass work but cut it out by hand, never thought to use a press thingy to do so, will have to experiment!. What type of glass is/was used? Thankyou.

Are you no longer doing Bingley?
@stiltwalkersstuff9254 Жыл бұрын
RSH Artisan Markets run Bingley every Saturday - I can't make it to all of them and so the video only gets done there on the Saturdays that I can attend Bingley - I will be there next Saturday 12th August and then I'm not back there until 9th September

What a great video, how often is the Artisan market in Skipton? as a fairly recent Skipton resident it never crosses my mind there is a Artisan market at the canal basin. I will have to make the effort and pay it a visit.
@davidseth90103 жыл бұрын

This is very interesting! Can you let me know what type of copper you are using? Is it a flat foil or is it a thin gauge metal sheet? I missed that part, lol! Thanks
@stiltwalkersstuff92543 жыл бұрын
Hi and thanks for watching - I use a thin copper foil that I get from one of the glass suppliers I use here in the UK - the one I use is 25.4 microns thick. - Helen

Can you give me details on your cutter please? Thank you!
@stiltwalkersstuff92544 жыл бұрын
Hi - it's a diecut machine, they are available from lots of different manufacturers at various different price points, I'm using an Epic Six from Quickutz in the video. Have a look in the paper crafting tools section of a good craft store.
