@@hunta827 Thank You! Last year I didn’t really train much and had zero knowledge about nutrition. This year i learned a ton and ran 50 mile weeks leading up to the race. Also ran two marathons between last year and this year! Consistency is key!
@hunta8274 ай бұрын
@@fakienickflipYeah, consistency is most key! 3:14 is my goal for the Chevron Houston Marathon but I may have to settle for less. I’ve had some injury problems lately. I like to do cross training as well for marathon training (Biking and swimming) then obviously weight lifting/strength training. Again, well done on your marathon Nick!

Hey Nick, some feedback. It was mildly frustrating to watch this video. I think it would've been better to call this a Vlog. The title made me think I was going to get some detailed tips from the get go, but the first 60% of the video weren't tips, just a vlog. Best of luck

comment #1. Bro I'm at my 50's. Been eating super clean. No Drink No smoke. Hardly and Sugars. my VO2 max is that of a 35 year old with 5% Body Fat. RUNNING HAS BEEN A MASSIVE CONTRIBUTOR to those results. You're 30! The perfect time to progress. You're good for another 30 years. Never go back to your previous LIFE. Not Lifestyle. but LIFE.

Thank you man! That's my goal is to make these next 30 years super healthy so I can be ripped at 60! ha! Definitely still got a lot of room for improvement
