Nah you’re right, ppl cared when I was coming up. Neighbor needed their bushes trimmed up or grass cut or even a ride. My neighbors use to watch me until my parents came back from where they went. We had crabs and fish we shared it with our neighbors, we didn’t have much but we cared to share and they did likewise. NEIGHBORHOODS DONT HAVE NEIGHBORS ANYMORE !

Does some of the money raised need to go to basic Trimmers and such for maintenance crews at particular schools? The burlap net may have been for erosion control. A push type string trimmer may be a viable form for beginners, though it couldn't be used for edging. Thanks for the beautification that you make possible and the encouragement of others.
