Spoiler for anyone who hasn't seen it: I'm glad they didn't hook up when they were younger. They always cared for each other and in the end were able to fit exact right with each other. Plus, we all need Ik-joon's son, uju.

Hospital playlist was such a beautifully made show. They portrayed each character and their relationship dynamics so well. I always loved the way lee ik jun took care of songhwa, even if they didn't end up together he would be an ideal friend ( I'm so glad they ended up together LOL)
