The timing of me watching this and doing the breathwork is absolutely divine. I attended a one week breathwork experience with you online 2 years ago and it was so healing for me. I am glad that I got to watch this video this morning at a time of change and growth for me. I have been feeling so trapped in the constructs of time and external responsibilities and pressure. I have the same feeling when Im in Italy or other medeterenian countries, that they have a lot of more history there in front of us, that nobody is interested to investigate due to catholic religion which is very powerful there, they are not interested in changing things!! You should also visit Japan!! I was surprised to see the same structures like in Peru, in Tokyo and Kioto!!
