I am looking at the Christmas version of this game for our family Christmas Eve competition night. Thank you for sharing what happens if we don’t say it correctly three times. My question is this: who at the table would get the opportunity to try it once the original opponent has messed it up? And do you have any other ideas to make it more competitive for adults? You set up the chess board wrong. A white square should always be at the bottom right hand corner of the board.

Danzig is a city in Poland and Riga is the Capital of Latvia. You really showed you American education there. They are not tunnels but stations. They can only be placed at a city, and each city can only have one.

The white square needs to be on your right side lol. So you almost had it. Also the king needs to be on the black square with the queen on the adjacent white next to it.

Gosh, how can you review something if your not opening the box at all? People who came here would atleast know about the original Mage Knight boardgame, you don't have to repeat it. You should instead talk about what is new in this ultimate edition & show the content inside. Not a good review IMO. Sorry

@sinchioco9921 If you want to see if you would like Gloomhaven without spending a good chunk of cash, you should try Gloomhaven Jaws of the Lion first. You could get it for $50 or less. It's a little easier to learn than Gloomhaven, and it's a prequel story too.

@@haystackgames1 A top down view of the board without a second screen would be ideal honestly, seen it on other channels and it works a treat. Cutting back to you when you're showing off specific pieces/cards, then back to the table to place them where your strategy suggests, that kinda thing. Wish you all the success in the world though, the world can never have too many board game channels, and most of them never cover strategy. Godspeed!
