Thank you for the video, but it seems really difficult to invest in that ETF if you are not in Singapore. You have to open an account in the SGX Exchange and you have to take a broker, who is a Singapore Bank. So you have to open an account in one of the Singapore's bank that will give you access as a broker to that specific financial instrument.

If Reits are only paying the interest for their loans, then have to pay a large sum at the end of their loan period, where do they get such a large sum of money all at once? 2. If the payout ratio is 90% , that means they only keep about 10% of their earnings. How do they actually make money n survive? Both points sound quite alarming to me. Beginner investor here trying to understand the business model n how sustainable it is.
