Many of our customers do not weld. Most of them take their generator and exhaust fitting to their local muffler shop. Another option would be to seek out the services of a mobile welder that can come to you. Facebook is a good option for finding mobile welders. We use MC Fab for our mobile welding needs.

My class C RV has an Onan 4000 watt generator with an 1.25" OD exhaust pipe coming out right under our big 4 foot wide slideout. Do you have or know where I can buy a 90-degree fitting to fit over that 1.25 OD Onan exhaust pipe outlet and some lightweight 1.25" straight pipe for I could slip on an extension after I setup at a campsite?

The most confusing website I’ve ever seen. It appears that all you do is describe products. Did you sell anything? How do we find out? What product you sell? Do you sell generator exhaust extensions? I would like one, but I couldn’t find one on your website!

@@motorcyclemonkey411 Thank you for the reply. Champion has numerous model numbers with the 7500W rating. There are at least two different tailpipe / spark arrestor configurations. They would use our #90 which is a three or four bolt configuration. They may also use a #88 which is a two bolt configuration. The links to both of those exhaust fittings (as well as tubing, through wall kits etc.) are listed below. Do you make a kit (dip stick and drain tube) for a duromax 13000 EH Generator??

Other customers with this Duromax generator have used our Universal Large Port weld-on adapter. The link to that adapter and its associated accessories is listed below. Please note that this adapter will only connect to 1-1/2" tubing. That is the size of tubing needed in order to avoid creating back pressure on the genset. Many customers do not weld and most of them take their generator (or just the muffler) and the adapter to their local muffler shop for welding. genexhaust.com/product/universal-generator-exhaust-extension-1-1-4dx1-1-2l/ We also have a magnetic dipstick available for this Duromax. The link to our part number GE-99 is listed below. Since these generators do not have oil filters the magnetic dipstick is inexpensive insurance to protect your generator investment.
